We handle palletised and loose general cargo, boxed retail and e-commerce stock, and temperature-sensitive goods in our climate-controlled zones. We can also segregate high-value or hazardous items in dedicated, access-controlled areas. Share your SKU profile and storage requirements and we will confirm the right handling and racking setup before your first inbound.

Every item is barcoded and logged in our warehouse management system at inbound, so you get real-time stock levels, batch and expiry visibility, and a full movement history for each SKU. Regular cycle counts keep the numbers accurate, and you can pull reports or check availability online whenever you need to.

Yes. We pick to order, pack to your specification — including kitting, labelling and branded packaging — and hand off to the right carrier for onward delivery. Orders received before the daily cut-off are typically picked and dispatched the same working day.

Our warehouses are monitored by 24/7 CCTV, alarmed and access-controlled, with fire detection and suppression throughout. Goods are covered while in our care, and we can arrange extended all-risk cover for high-value stock on request.

Storage is billed on the space you actually use — per pallet, shelf or square metre — with separate, transparent handling rates for inbound, pick-and-pack and outbound. There are no long lock-in contracts, so you can scale space up or down as your volumes change through the season.
